Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days (continental US).
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (continental US).
- International Shipping: Available to select countries. Additional customs fees and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, postal delays). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as "delivered," we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
- We only ship within the United States and select international locations.
